Co-Founder and Event Director
Starr Hamilton, B.S., of Starr Treatment, LLC is one of the most well-regarded Event Planners in the Cincinnati area; who continually pushes the limits on unconventional event management
and coordination.
Starr's background includes planning and coordination of social, corporate, non profit, and healthcare
logistics projects and events.
With over 15 years of event management experience, Starr's unique approach in capturing the details of an event and conceptualizing it from start to finish makes her a trusted partner in bringing her client's vision to life.

Co-Founder and Creative Director
Ethel Bonner, M.B.A., of Decor Plus LLC has an extensive background in
special events and administrative management for social, corporate,
and non-profit sectors.
With an eye for aesthetic details, Ethel's signature style is delivering colorful, creative design concepts that will help you envision, enhance, and enjoy the visual elements of your event.
With over 30 years of event management and design experience, Ethel will
capture every design detail for
your event seamlessly.
