Ethel Bonner’s experience comes out of her true passion for florals, decorating, and event planning. She has over 15 years of design experience with a creativity that is commended with every project. Ethel's background not only includes art and design, but also several years in the educational and administrative field with most recent experience coordinating corporate meetings and special events. Ethel holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and certification in floral design and her mission is to simply help you envision, enhance, and enjoy!

She established Starr Treatment after years of honing her creative vision. Starr's signature style is one of detailed, seamless events.
